COSCO BUSAN HEARING UPDATE 9 JAN 08
ALJ has been assigned and tentative date set for hearing (April 28, 2008).

Notice:
The Board's deliberation hearing on the proposed pension regulations (new Sections 238 - Pilot Pension Benefit Calculations and 239 - Pilot Disability Retirements) scheduled for hearing on December 13, 2007 has been continued to a date to be determined to permit continued focus on the COSCO BUSAN matter. All persons who have requested notice of this hearing will be provided with notice of the new hearing date once it has been determined, and the new hearing date will be posted on this website.
