Decisions Pending and Opportunities for Public Participation
The Government Modernization, Efficiency, Accountability, and Transparency Act of 2005 requires that State agencies post information on their web sites about public meetings, proposed regulations, and how to comment or otherwise participate. To meet the requirements of the act, this page provides links to the various parts of the Board of Pilot Commissioners for the Bays of San Francisco, San Pablo and Suisun website where the information is already housed.

The above noticed meetings will be public.
All meetings are accessible to the physically disabled. Persons requesting further information or
needing an accommodation or modification to enable them to participate should call Capt. P. A.

should be made no later than 5 working days before the meeting.

The public comment period for the proposed rulemaking regarding PILOT PENSION BENEFIT
CALCULATIONS (Section 238 - new) and PILOT DISABILITY RETIREMENTS (Section 239
- new) is now closed. The Board will commence deliberation on the proposed rulemaking, the
rulemaking record and on comments received during the public comment period on Thursday
November 15, 2007 at approximately 10:30 a.m. (immediately following the Board meeting) at
the Board's office, Pier 9, Suite 102, San Francisco. The hearing is open to the public.
